Opinion:
The latest release by Kindisch shows yet again that originality has not died, and us, true lovers of electronica, can enjoy fresh grooves. This time, Ben Hoo, a label regular, comes in to serve us with 2 original tracks and 2 remixes.
Modal comes with a danceable tech-house rhythm, and a splendid percussion, but with a small twist of electronica, having some nice key patterns that start before the middle of the track. The remix of this track belongs to Daso, and it`s a damn good one. A heavy bass is accompanied by piano and a strong house/deep-house feeling. Jasmine starts at the realm of tech with tribal house, but arranges the sounds in a pleasurable dreamy composition, rather than just to move the dancefloor. App remixes Jasmine, and transforms is as if Dj T. was in his thoughts. So we get a very old school feeling of old synth and structure, perfectly ending the EP.
